Our DMS clients are the best sort of advertising for our services. We purchased a Canon DR5020 scanner and INVU software in January 2002 following extensive research into the market. We feel we've certainly found to most suitable and cost effective solution available. Our primary use is in the accounts department scanning all incoming invoices. We've now cleared the back log and freed up considerable space but the most useful element is being able to locate any invoice instantly from any pc on our network. We are likely to start scanning all incoming post soon - and should well on the way to a 'paperless office'.
